Rachael Camp

Assistant Professor, Communication Arts

Rachael Camp teaches courses in Film Studies and Digital Media Communications and is the faculty advisor for the Union Film Society. Prior to teaching at Union, Camp was a video producer/editor at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis. Her short film Dawn was an official selection at the 2019 Indie Memphis Film Festival, and her short film June was an official selection at the 2019 Nashville Film Festival. Her most recent short, Make That Two, won Best Short Film at the Hub City Film Festival.

Camp lives in Jackson with her husband, Austin, who teaches in Union’s School of Pharmacy, and their daughters, Emilia and Eloise. They are members of Fellowship Bible Church.
