The Edit Suite is a high-definition editing suite in Jennings Hall, designed for advanced student projects and student directed films. The Edit Suite features a MacPro with quad-core Intel Xeon E5 processors, 32GB of RAM and a 6TB Thunderbolt array for storage, loaded with Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro X and DaVinci Resolve. A 34-inch widescreen monitor is used for editing and a 40-inch LCD monitor for playback of HD footage.

The Edit Suite is the storage space for film equipment that can be loaned to students for production class assignments or personal projects of Communication Arts students. A student worker familiar with our equipment maintains the Edit Suite.
