Ashley Fitch Blair
Chair & Associate Professor, Communication Arts
Ashley Fitch Blair has been at Union University since 2000. Blair coordinates the Public Relations major, serves as the faculty advisor for the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) and faculty director of Bulldog Communication Group. In 2015, Blair was named Faculty Member of the Year at Union. Blair also won the alumni meritorious service award in school year of 2022-2023.
Blair is married to fellow academic, Chris Blair. They have two children, Madeline who graduated and Seth, currently a student at Union. Together the Blairs are members of Fellowship Bible Church and enjoy travel, comic books, sci-fi movies, fantastically long novels, all things Disney and German board games.
