Chris Blair

Professor, Communication Arts & Coordinator, Digital Media Studies

Chris Blair serves as the Coordinator of the Digital Media Communications and Film Studies majors. Since 2003, he has served on the Board of Directors of the International Digital Media and Arts Association, where he has been the president and chairman of the board of directors of the organization. Blair has presented at numerous conferences on digital media issues and trends, and his work in digital media education has been published in the International Digital Media and Arts Association Journal and Renewing Minds.

Blair lives in Jackson with his wife, Ashley Fitch Blair, also a professor in the Communication Arts department. Both of their children have attended Union—Madeline is a recent nursing graduate and Seth is a junior Communication Studies major. The Blairs are members of Fellowship Bible Church in Jackson.
